Arpixa is an AI agency management platform: one branded workspace where agencies and freelancers run client work end to end. It combines a CRM and Lead Inbox, proposals, contracts with e-signature, projects, a client portal, invoices with online payments, files, calendar and booking links, automations, analytics and Arpixa AI.
Agencies, freelancers, creative and design studios, marketing and SEO agencies, web development shops, consultants and other client-service businesses. Solo freelancers usually start on Starter; growing teams use Pro or Advanced.
Yes, that is what it is built for. Arpixa covers the tools that connect client work: CRM, proposals, e-signature, project management, client portal, invoicing and payments, file sharing, scheduling and automation. Specialist tools such as design software, video editors or ad platforms usually stay alongside it.
Go to app.arpixa.io/login?mode=signup and continue with Google or with email and a password. Email sign-ups get a 6-digit verification code; check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a minute.
Most teams are working in Arpixa the same day: add your first client, pick a proposal or project template, and invite teammates. There is no consultant or implementation project needed.
Arpixa runs in the browser, so you and your clients can use it on desktop, laptop, tablet or phone without installing anything.
There are four plans. Free is $0 forever. Starter is $12 a month, Pro is $29 a month and Advanced is $89 a month. Paying yearly costs $120, $300 and $900 a year, which works out to $10, $25 and $75 a month. Pricing is flat per workspace, not per user.
Yes, and it is not a trial: the Free plan never expires. It includes 1 active client, 2 team collaborators, 50 projects, 5 invoices in total, 5 proposals and 5 e-sign contracts a month, 41 invoice designs, 500 MB of storage, an agency portfolio page and booking links, plus a one-time AI trial of 3 chat messages and 1 AI action. No credit card is needed.
Starter ($12 a month) is built for solo freelancers and small studios: 12 active clients, 15 collaborators, unlimited projects, 50 invoices, 25 proposals and 10 contracts a month, all 65 invoice designs, a standard client portal with magic-link login, 5 automation rules, limited API access, 50 GB of storage, and 1,500 AI chat and 750 AI action credits a month.
Pro ($29 a month) is the most popular plan: unlimited clients, collaborators, projects, invoices, proposals and contracts, a client portal branded with your logo and colours, a badge-free portfolio, 50 automation rules, full API access, audit logs, 250 GB of storage, priority email support, and 3,000 AI chat and 1,500 AI action credits a month.
Advanced ($89 a month) includes everything in Pro plus a fully badge-free client portal, unlimited automations, 1 TB of storage, a dedicated Slack support channel, and 9,000 AI chat and 4,500 AI action credits a month.

Established agencies that want a badge-free portal and unlimited automations: Advanced. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
No. Each plan is one flat price for the workspace. Pro and Advanced include unlimited team collaborators, so adding people does not add cost.
Yes. Yearly billing saves about 15%: Starter is $120 a year instead of $144, Pro is $300 instead of $348, and Advanced is $900 instead of $1,068.
Yes. Storage add-ons are available inside the app: +50 GB for $3 a month, +100 GB for $6 a month or +250 GB for $15 a month. You can have one add-on active at a time.
Customers in India are billed in Indian Rupees and everyone else in US Dollars. Prices exclude taxes, so applicable taxes such as GST may be added at checkout.
Yes. Cancel from Settings, then Billing and Payments, then Subscription, or email hello@arpixa.io. There is no cancellation fee. You keep paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the workspace moves to the Free plan.
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Subscriptions are processed securely by Razorpay; Arpixa never sees or stores your full card number. In India, you get a pre-debit notice at least 24 hours before each automatic charge, and yearly plans also get an email reminder before renewal.
Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable and unused time is not pro-rated, except where the law requires a refund. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK have a 14-day withdrawal right where it still applies. Arpixa can grant a refund or credit in individual cases; email hello@arpixa.io.
Your workspace and records stay on your account and move to the limits of the new plan. Features above the new plan stop working, and magic-link client logins keep working for 7 days after moving to Free so existing client portals do not break straight away. You can export your data at any time.

Yes, from the Starter plan. Each client gets their own portal where they can follow project progress, approve deliverables or request changes, sign documents, approve proposals, download files, pay invoices online, see receipts, message your team and fill in briefs. It is a standard portal on Starter, branded with your logo and colours on Pro, and completely badge-free on Advanced.
No. Clients only see what you share with them. Internal notes, tasks and team discussions stay private, and files only appear in the portal when you mark them as client-ready.
You invite clients from Arpixa and they sign in at app.arpixa.io/client-login. On Starter and above they can use a one-click magic link, so there is no password to remember.
No. Clients use your portal for free. Your plan decides how many active clients you can work with: 1 on Free, 12 on Starter and unlimited on Pro and Advanced.
Yes. Clients can approve a deliverable or request changes with written feedback, which gives you a clear record of what was signed off and what counts as a new request.
Create a proposal for a client from one of 30 templates for websites, branding, SEO, retainers and more, add scope, packages, add-ons and pricing, then send it. The status turns to Approved when the client accepts, and accepted proposals can become projects.
Yes. Arpixa includes 41 ready-made contract, NDA and brief templates. Clients sign by typing, drawing or uploading their signature, and every signer is tracked. E-signature is included on every plan (5 contracts a month on Free, 10 on Starter, unlimited on Pro and Advanced).
Electronic signatures are accepted for most business agreements in many countries, but the rules depend on the country and the type of document. For high-value or unusual agreements, check the rules where you and your client are based. This is general information, not legal advice.
Yes. The custom template builder is available on paid plans: 4 templates on Starter and unlimited on Pro and Advanced.
Each client has project boards where you move tasks across columns, plus timeline, deliverables and briefs views. You can start from more than 100 project templates for common agency work, so a signed deal can start as a planned project.
Yes. Add meetings and deadlines, link them to a client or project and optionally show them in that client's portal. Every plan includes a booking link so clients can schedule meetings with you, Google Calendar sync and Google Meet.
Yes. The Ops Hub includes a resource planner for day-by-day team capacity, a service catalog with standard prices you can reuse in proposals and invoices, and an agency wiki with 9 page templates such as SOPs, onboarding and meeting notes.
Files are organised by client in folders such as assets, contracts and handoff. Mark a file as client-ready to share it in the portal. Storage is 500 MB on Free, 50 GB on Starter, 250 GB on Pro and 1 TB on Advanced.
Connect your own Stripe or Razorpay account and clients can pay invoices online through a secure payment link, by card and the methods your gateway supports. Payment status is recorded on the invoice and on the client's record, and clients can see receipts in their portal.
Yes. Invoices support GST (with 5%, 12%, 18% and 28% presets), VAT, TDS, service tax or a custom tax with your own label and rate, plus your tax number. You can set a default tax rate in your invoice settings.
Free includes 41 invoice designs with a small "Powered by Arpixa" line. All paid plans unlock all 65 designs, including spreadsheet, premium and retail layouts, without the badge.
Yes, on paid plans. Starter can send 50 invoices a month and Pro and Advanced are unlimited. On the Free plan you can create up to 5 invoices and download them as PDFs, but not email them from Arpixa.
Yes. Invoices are created from the client record, so billing history, payment status and the related project stay in one place, and Analytics shows billing alongside client and delivery activity.
Arpixa AI answers questions about your workspace and drafts and improves emails, client replies, summaries and wiki pages using your workspace context. In Actions mode it can create or update records after you confirm. Your team reviews everything before it is sent.
Free includes a one-time trial of 3 chat messages and 1 AI action. Starter gets 1,500 chat and 750 action credits a month, Pro 3,000 and 1,500, and Advanced 9,000 and 4,500. Credits are shared by the whole workspace and reset every month.
Build workflows with a trigger, such as an invoice being paid or a proposal being accepted, and actions, such as sending an email or updating a status, with waits, branching and webhooks. Starter includes 5 automation rules, Pro 50 and Advanced unlimited. Automations are not available on Free.
Stripe and Razorpay for payments, Google Calendar and Google Meet, Zoom on paid plans, and Google Drive backup. Starter and above also get webhooks (1,000 operations a month on Starter, 10,000 on Pro, unlimited on Advanced) and API keys, with full API access from Pro.
Yes. Invite teammates by email and choose a role for each one; access follows the role. Free includes 2 collaborators, Starter 15, and Pro and Advanced unlimited.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted on Google Cloud (Firebase) and AWS. You get role-based team access, per-client portal visibility, optional two-factor authentication with an authenticator app, and audit logs on Pro and Advanced. Yes, on every plan. Go to Settings, then General, then Profile, and choose Download data. Paid plans can also export analytics, and Pro and Advanced have unlimited Excel exports.
Go to Settings, then General, then Profile, and use the delete account option. Download your data first if you want to keep a copy.
Yes. You can add clients, projects and documents directly, and for larger or more complex migrations the team can help: email hello@arpixa.io with the tool you are moving from.
Yes. Turn on two-factor authentication in Settings, then General, then Profile, using an authenticator app, and keep your backup codes safe.
Email hello@arpixa.io or open a ticket from Support inside the app. Support is community-based on Free, by email on Starter, priority email on Pro, and a dedicated Slack channel on Advanced.
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page, enter your email, then enter the 6-digit code you receive and choose a new password. Resetting your password signs you out on your other devices. If you signed up with Google, manage your password through Google.
Yes. arpixa.io/free-tools has 16 free tools with no sign-up: invoice, quote, estimate, receipt and proforma invoice generators, hourly rate, retainer and late payment fee calculators, and editable proposal, contract, NDA, SOW and other templates. Your work stays in your browser.
