Are these tools really free?
Yes. Every generator, calculator and template on this page is free to use as often as you like, with no account and nothing to unlock. The document generators add a small “Created with Arpixa” line, and you can switch it off.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Open a tool and start. You only need an Arpixa account if you want to keep documents with your clients, send proposals for e-signature or use the template libraries inside the app.
Where is my work saved?
In your own browser. Invoices, quotes, receipts and template edits are saved locally on your device, and nothing you type is uploaded. Clearing your browser data deletes them, so download a PDF or Word copy of anything you need to keep.
Can I use the documents for my business?
Yes. Download, edit and send them to your own clients. The contract and NDA templates are a starting point, not legal advice, so have a qualified lawyer review anything high-value.
